    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nice day here in N.J. and mowed my lawn.     My neighbor asked if he could use mine since his was broken.     I know the family casually and said yes.   I personally did not want to because it's not like borrowing a cup of sugar, etc.    I have it back now and all is well but what would you do?   I mean if it broke or something I would have to wait until it got fixed, etc.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
