    <description>&lt;P&gt;Add me to the IN PROCESS CLUB. I bought a pair of earrings last week and it's still IN PROCESS. Since QVC hasn't charged my credit card yet I assume they've yet to ship.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There were a few items I ordered before Christmas that were still listed as IN PROCESS on the web site after they showed up in my mail box. Ultimately shipping updated to show that QVC had shipped each of them out the day after the order was placed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Baffling. I wish the shipping updates were more accurate on the QVC web site. The other retail web sites I purchase things from (Walmart.com, Amazon, etc.) seem to have no problem displaying accurate tracking information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not recently, but happened two years ago during the big gold event they have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It never came, my 1st payment was refunded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked and checked for that watch and finally months later they had it listed (!) and at a sale price (!).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I called and asked them to look at my order history, how I had never rec'd one, and could I please get it at the Gold Rush price, which was cheaper than the sale price (!).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, keep on it, I realize it's about getting your size, too.&amp;nbsp; But it's possible you'll have that ring sooner or later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call customer service and complain.&amp;nbsp; Seven days is far too long.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few weeks ago I ordered a set of sheets.&amp;nbsp; It still hadn't shipped after 4 days.&amp;nbsp; I was annoyed so I canceled the order (luckily I was still able to).&amp;nbsp; While shopping in local stores I found a set of sheets for a lot less than I would have paid QVC, so I was happy in the end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What was the EDD (estimated delivery date) that you were given when you made the purchase? &amp;nbsp;Are you beyond that delivery date or still within the time period given? &amp;nbsp;I see the complaint often that it is taking too long for dellivery but a high percentage of the time the EDD has not yet passed, the individual is just being impatient. If you are beyond the EDD then I would call customer service and inquire about your purchase. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise, I would wait. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, LC.&amp;nbsp; I had a few other delivery problems closer to Christmas but I thought it was the post office.&amp;nbsp; I really don't like it when they add a couple of extra days to delivery time by&amp;nbsp;transferring it from UPS to USPS.&amp;nbsp; But heck, this one hasn't even been picked up by UPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called customer service about it yesterday, she was very nice but said there is no way to see what the hold-up is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the Perricone TSV a few days after Christmas and had it before the New Year while an AD order that turned over Christmas day was my longest delivery time in recent memory - 10 days.&amp;nbsp; That was also Perricone, but the two packages did not come from the same warehouses.&amp;nbsp; Maybe that accounted for the difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It happens to me most all the time.&amp;nbsp; We could start an IN PROCESS CLUB.&amp;nbsp; After your order is taken, it has to go through credit checks, okay, then it's in process for eternity.&amp;nbsp; After that, it shipped to China, Africa, Antartica, then Canada.&amp;nbsp; After the millenium, the USP service receives it and then THEY send your order to the Postal service to deliver.&amp;nbsp; You wait and then a better deal is available for purchase at a dept. store so you just send back the order to QVC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fell madly in love with an item that was originally a TSV, and right before Christmas was a LTS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was available in three colors,and I ordered one of each.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two of the three orders came Christmas Eve Day, and I LOVE THEM!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The third color was in process for two weeks, so I called CS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CS has re-sent a new order, and now the NEW order has been "in process" for almost a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've ordered it a THIRD time at the clearance price, and THAT order is "in process".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fulfilled orders have proven to me that the third is definitely well worth the wait.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT I WANT MY THIRD ORDER AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
