Accused of " first degree aggravated indecent Assault". He is to be arraigned today in the 2004 case. About time!

That was going to be my question for the legal experts on the board. I thought the only crime without a statute of limitations is murder so thank you for mentioning this Gardensla.

Plaid....I agree with what you are saying, however, just charging him is a victory! His "holier than thou" attitude is knocked down to the ground! Even if Cosby will never think so, his peers will look upon him differently as well as the rest of the world. Then, hopefully, civil suits will be forthcoming and bite him in the wallet!

This case was closed and now re-opened due to new evidence that would make it a strong case. The ABC news legal analyst said something about Pennsylvania law being .... blah blah .... I didn't catch it, but it implied there was a special advantage. Well, we shall see .....

Cosby will go to his grave believing that he has not done anything wrong.

Just because suits are brought forth, doesn't mean his bank account will be drained paying them off.

Just look at the Goldmans in the OJ Simpson civil suit.

They won a judgement against him, and yet, all these years later, they have yet to see a single dime of that money.

Because I am realistic.

Bringing a suit, and PROOVING it are two different things.

I won't be surprised when he ISN'T convicted.

In fact, I expect it.
