I didn't get into the Glee thing, so I have no idea who he is. Other than the fact he is sick in the head and I don't know if there is a cure for what he has. Jail seems to be the ONLY answer. Children are not safe with these people out. Sorry for those who think people should be free and not imprisoned for this.

@Mary Bailey I don't understand how things could be a hack set up. The FBI is pretty sharp in detecting things and what is going on before going in to make an arrest.

If the girlfriend turned him in, good for her - more people need to do that sort of thing.

I never watched the Glee series as it seemed something that teens or young adults would find interesting or entertaining.

I do volunteer work around children - they smell, pick their noses, scratch everywhere, have bad breath, don't clean themselves well after usinmg the toilet, etc. How could anyone find that appealing.

Do you all realize that being arrested for something and being convicted of it are two entirely different things? I must say in all my years on these boards I am astonished at the large number of posters who seem unable to make this distinction and are just sure that a arrest equals proof positive that the person committed a crime. I would hate to have any of you on my jury since you have obviously predetermined guilt.

I only saw a couple of the episodes. I stopped watching, It seemed to run over and over with out end. All the kids were in their 30's playing high school. Was he the one that a kind of mohawk hair cut? I was trying to remember who he was.

@KathyPet It is admirable to give anyone the benefit of the doubt in terms of being arrested vs. being convicted. However, the phrase "inncoent until proven guilty" is only relavent in terms of judicial law, not ethical standards in society. So, while the justice system will treat Mark Salling as innocent until proven guilty, you cannot expect that society will follow suit. If laws and ethics were always equal, no one would ever break the law or disagree with a Supreme Court decision.

Part of the reason people are being so judgemental toward Mr. Salling may have to do with him being convicted in 2013 or sexual battery and assault. He was ordered to pay his ex-girlfriend over 2 million dollars in damages.
