      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got the Q card during the Oct promo since they were giving you a $10 ecard- which I never received! I called last month and got a non answer- then asked the rep when my 1st Q Card bill was due. She told me the 1st week of Jan- which is wrong. &amp;nbsp;Synchrony Bank sent me an email and I paid it right away. Today I decided to call Q to find out the status of my ecard- and to also get the late fee credited since I was told the wrong info. Q customer service can't help you with the card- even though the sitet&amp;nbsp;re: the Q card says to call Q customer service! The 'contact us' section re: the card doesn't &amp;nbsp;include an email link- - and Q customer service gave me a Synchrony Bank&amp;nbsp;phone #, but the # is for making a payment! There is a massive disconnect with today's technology and my expectations of&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;customer service. &amp;nbsp;My initial impression with managing this card is really poor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Q does not have anything to do with the workings of the QCard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it is easy to manage right from the Q website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Down the bottom of the front page, way way down the bottom, on the left hand side, there is a line that says "pay your bill" (or something like that).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go there and register for&amp;nbsp;a login name and password (along with the other info asked for when you go through the "register" questions). It redirects you to the bank that holds the Qcards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very easy.&amp;nbsp;You see your bill, you can see what was billed and when, and you can pay it right online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not in the market for a new credit card, but a $10 incentive isn't enough to get me to apply for one. &amp;nbsp;Interest rate doesn't concern me as I don't carry balances and I'm not interested in the Easy Pay. &amp;nbsp;And they offer that enough on any credit card you use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To the OP, &amp;nbsp;I hope they get your ecard situation straightened out for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the q card in October, too.&amp;nbsp; Not only am I due the $10 gift card, but also one for $30 because I got the Dooney TSV in Oct (love it, by the way).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't remember exactly when they said I'd get the cards, but I do remember that it was going to take FOREVER.&amp;nbsp; Like early 2016.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the interest rate, that doesn't bother me.&amp;nbsp; This is a card that is easy to pay off monthly -- it is not like I'd put an emergency car repair bill on it or something.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The interest rate is too high..they give you $10.00 off and make alot of $ every month on the interest they charge you IF you dont pay off the balance in full every month. &amp;nbsp;Same thing goes for Target, Pennys, Macys, etc etc. &amp;nbsp;Never fall for that " you can save money" pitch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#333399" size="3"&gt;The company behind the Q Card (&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;Synchrony Bank, formerly known as GE Capital Retail Bank&lt;/SPAN&gt;) has never gotten good reviews, at least from what I've always read and heard.&amp;nbsp; I know this is after the fact, but it's always a good idea to find out which company actually manages a credit card before signing up, because they're the ones who will be answering (or not answering) your requests for help when and if problems arise.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do have the Q card but not sure why. &amp;nbsp;I SEE NO ADVANTAGE. &amp;nbsp;I &amp;nbsp;just keep it and rarely use it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will tell you a story. &amp;nbsp;I pay credit cards totally in full each month unless the bill is huge on something that was an emergency. &amp;nbsp;I charged something to the Q card, had to return an item. &amp;nbsp;The payment and the return credit got mixed up in some way. &amp;nbsp;I thought I had paid totally... month lag or so. &amp;nbsp;My name went into the late category... one month mind you and the credit card people sent it to the credit union. &amp;nbsp;Even after the Q explained the mixup... and told me it was their fault the credit card company would not stand by me. &amp;nbsp;It took me six months to straighten it up. &amp;nbsp;Since QVC has changed BANKs but the other one was a nightmare. &amp;nbsp;Bad taste in my mouth for Q cards.. not QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But there is no place to ask questions, dispute charges, inquire about a charge, etc. The 'contact us' link is a list of addresses to snail mail questions/concerns. The dispute a charge area is a pdf to print and mail the concern to an address! You can do basic things like update an address, request a replacement card- but that’s pretty much it. My Amazon rewards card is accessed on amazon's site, but it’s &amp;nbsp;LINKED to the bank supporting the card &amp;nbsp;for a full scope of customer service issues. Same with my hsn card! Q set up this card in a really antiquated way- it's not&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;how credit&amp;nbsp;cards are maintained on line in this day and age.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The&amp;nbsp;back of the card&amp;nbsp;had a valid phone number for the bank. Amazing how I had to search for it- no where was it on &amp;nbsp;the Q bill!! To spend all the time to straighten out a credit card bill is nuts,&amp;nbsp;there aren't enough hours in the day as it is!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only got the card for the $10 ecard- which never came! E-Z pays aren't my thing, so I also think the card has no advantage. I won't be using it as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a long time card holder and financial institutions have changed periodically. &amp;nbsp;I pay in full each month and have no interest charges. &amp;nbsp;When I first went paperless, I mistakenly neglected to pay my bill; there was an interest charge. &amp;nbsp;I called the bank and asked them to check my credit history and that I was sending the total amount as it was a double bill. &amp;nbsp;They lifted the fee. &amp;nbsp;I never had a problem with QVC at all and my few calls to CS were handled politely and correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
