    <description>that there are people who say they can't quit smoking, but people who are obese are expected to "eat healthy and exersize" and if they say they can't, it is assumed that they have some sort of failed character trait? It seems to me to be a lot easier to stop something if you never have to do it again, than if you're expected to do it three times every day.</description>
