    <description>&lt;P&gt;Porta-poties are set out.  The parks are not designed to accomodate campers. But people show up to camp for the weekend.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I find this so strange. It has been going on for decades. Does an other area have this as a local tradition?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
