What Are You Doing Today?......

I am watching last season ( Season# 5) of Downton Abbey before the final Season 6 comes on ...January 4, 2016. I am also baking banana nut bread for Christmas!

I'm watching football and making hamburgers when my son wakes up...he's still on LA time and went out with his friends last night until closing time at the local bar.

I have two cookies to make too...Italian meatball cookies and Chienese chews (no bake).

We will be watching some football today while I sit and make my grocery list for Christmas Eve Dinner (14 people)! My decorating and baking are both done!

Late this afternoon we will be at a holiday get together with some friends from our church!!

Laundry and housework, I made a pot of chili and it is in the crockpot cooking. Steelers are on at 4PM nationally so we will be able to watch them. YEAH. Probably watch masterpiece tonight after football.

Sitting on pins & needles waiting to hear from our rescue group as to when they'll come for our home inspection and bring us our new boy!

We met him yesterday and we just can't wait to get him home!

GREENHOUSE...TERRIER...NEWGATE, who do y'all root for? Me??...GO ATLANTA FALCONS, whoop, whoop!

We are having about 18 people at my sister's home! The guys will try the turkey, I will contribute a pre-cooked Smithfield ham. No, did not buy at the Q, too darn expensive. Got it HALF PRICE at the grocery store, right after Thanksgiving, plus bringing potato salad and asparagus casserole and banana nut bread. Everyone is bringing a dish to share.

Might buy the Season 1 DVD and see if I like it. Don't subscribe to Showtime. Today I did some food prep for the week and catching up on a couple Chrustmas DVD's. Also getting back to my Downton Abbey DVD's, unfortunately still on Season 1!

I want to watch our QB...he turned out to be pretty good - 5th best record in the league!

YAY, IG...I know you are anxiously awaiting your bundle of joy. I love my little shih ztu, but I am thinking about getting her a playmate soon!

Wow, everyone is BUSY! Oh wow, I love homemade chilli. I usually put that and homemade vegetable soup in my freezer, right after Christmas. YUM!
