QVC thinks you should follow their rules. You didn't review the item - you reviewed QVC and those are two different things.

I think they would have posted your negative review if you just written about the flaws in the product. Try it and write another big headline telling us that you got published. I know they publish negative reviews. I've seen them.

I also discount all reviews that are really rants about the company. I just don't trust them - not on the website reviews and not here. I just assume they're part of the overall negativity of the forums.

I am a Top 100 reviewer and have written plenty of bad reviews over the years that were published. Of course I first read the standards for writing reviews and knew they were interested in the performance of the item, not customer service issues.

It sounds to me as though you got reprimanded for too many returns and now you want to blame your poor shopping habits on QVC.

We here are all Q shoppers too and we know you have to make a lot of returns to get the "letter", so I'm sorry but you'll get no sympatthy from me. In the great scheme of things, your excess returns cost me money.

I just had that happen. Answered a question twice, and my answer was pulled off both times. My review hasn't posted either. It was for K43205. Marble and granite colors. Day of presentation, hosts said granite was black. Webpage said marble was black. I called QVC to verify which was black. Lady said marble. So I ordered marble. My order showed picture of black. Next day, I checked my order, and the picture showed white! Webpage now had them changed too! So I chsnged my order to granite. When they arrived, the label on the box said granite, but the lazy Susans in the box were white. It's most likely the manufacturer's fault for mis-labeling. I can't give the item a good review... It doesn't match my kitchen. Can't exchange as both of those colors are on waitlist. No stock on black. So I can either keep white or return for refund. So why won't they post my review for a manufacturer's error?

Gotta love the way the Q filters their product reviews. Their strategy is pretty simple. Eliminate as many bad reviews as possible using the excuse that they haven't focused on the product. And if the reviews are overwhelmingly poor change the item number. You'll see this tactic with food items.

I left a review yesterday about an order that had been processing, then went to backorder, then having customer service tell me I would receive the order, then it was cancelled yesterday. I said I had been misled, which was true. I also stated that the items were wonderful and asked Valerie to bring them back, so I did review the product, but I was pretty sure it would not be posted, and it wasn't.

I have read the guidelines and tried to post bad reviews and every single one is rejected. I must have said something they found smart a$$ and put me on a list to watch first. I think it started when I saw an " as is " bracelet and the description said "missing links?" They were trying to be trendy saying something about linking your wardrobe. I had asked under customer questions if the as is bracelet was missing links. Later I got a rather stern email from a CS rep stating I knew what they meant.

Hello, yetz and welcome.

I think I know what may have happened with your review. You mentioned that "numerous products." I think that's why it may not have posted. QVC says that when writing a review, just talk about that one product and no others. It may also take a few days for the review to post.
