Grease fans, what do you think of the re-make of song,"The one that I want" used in Chanel commerical?

I really like it, now I am surprised it took this long!

Hahaha, meant to hit reply but hit the heart instead. Oh well, that's ok, your post deserves to be "hearted" as I agree with what you said @Abrowneyegirl. The first time I heard it, it took me a few minutes to realize what it was I was listening to. I really like the slowed-down almost haunting version; like it better than the original!

I hadn't yet seen this commercial so went looking on youtube.

Oh my! The song takes on a whole new meaning done this way. I like it!

i have not seen the commercial so i found it on youtube.

i have to say that i LOVE the remake of the song......it is beautiful and stirring. i did not care for the video though. the other thing i loved was that "5" necklace she was wearing towards the end of the video!

It's not creepy---she has to make a decision---her career or her husband/romance. He loves her but he can not share her anymore. They have been at it for 10 years and he wants to be #1 in her lifwe now. She makes the decision that HE is the one that she loves and wants more than the career.

It's not what the commercial is saying that I find creepy, it's the sound and style of the reorchestrated music. Ewww, creepy.
