Can anyone help?

Have a question - Evine sends me an email showing me my valuepays and telling me when my valuepays will be taken out - does the Q offer anything like that online? I've searched "My Account" and don't see anything. I do not have a Q card.

I have never received alert regarding upcoming easy pays from Q.

Go to the order status page. Find where it says view orders by: and select easy pay. Once that page opens, find the choices of "view by order" and "view easy pay installments by month" - choose view by month. That will show you all your easy pay purchases, the payment date and the payment method. It actually shows you many months out.

I check my easy pay account each month to see the dates QVC will bill my credit card. Those dates let me know which charges will be due within my cc cycle and that's all I need to plan my spending. I don't even want my mailbox cluttered with more notices.

No emails from the Q for easy pays but yes you can check online for your payments under your account.

Call 800-367-9444 and press zero and talk to customer service and they will tell you.
