I'm drinking a K-Cup of "Pumpkin Spice Coffee".

It is a Special Blend during the season. When they are gone they are gone until maybe next year. We have gone thru several boxes; both of us love this. Such a nice taste.

We will miss having it when its gone.

Sure I will! There are so many different ways you could go. Some people use Bailey's Irish Cream but I prefer Godiva's Dark Chocolate Liqueur. Smirnoff makes Pepermint Twist vodka during the holidays so I use that too. Most people would say to use more of the liqueur than vodka but I like them stronger so I go 50-50. I put about an ounce and a half of each in a shaker with ice, shake it up, and pour. You can garnish with chocolate shavings or a mini candy cane and enjoy!

@SusieQ_2 Cool, thanks! I read some complex recipes for this, but mixing Smirnoff Twist with chocolate liqueur sounds like the easiest option. I'll take a pic if I end up making this tonight!

2013 BotaBox RedVolution, lol! When I'm drinking alone, I don't like to open bottles because half of it is wasted. Love the vacuum-sealed boxed wines for nights with just the puppy and me.
