Need Really Good Hand Cream

My hands are already as dry as they've ever been. I've used argan oil and Josie Maran's intensive hand cream, which contains shea butter and argan oil. Still have super dry hands! Does anyone have suggestions for a hand cream that really works and doesn't leave your hands greasy?

You'll get lots of great suggestions, I'm sure.

My favorites are O'Keefe's (I bought mine at Home Depot, but I think it's also at Amazon) and Hemp from Body Shop.

Like you I can't deal with greasy hands and these both sink right on in.

Try neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream, it feele greasy for a moment, then sinks right in. It is widely available.

I used to use Aveeno, it worked for me but they changed it. It's not greasy but it leaves a film now.

I've also tried O'Keefes and that was waxy.

This is the one I was just going to say, Norwegian Hand Cream. It is the absolute best. Nothing works as well as this and it is inexpensive and a tube lasts a long time.

Here's another vote for L'Occitane Shea butter hand cream. It's the only product I've ever used, every night, that has eliminated those awful skin cracks. I just bought a special tube for my husband. I told him to try it. Nothing else has worked for me and I have tried countless other products.

My hands crack and bleed badly in the winter. A couple of years ago I found the only solution I've ever had that works to keep them from not doing that.

During the day, after each time I wash my hands, I use O'Keefe's Working Hands in the jar. I found it at CVS and Wal Mart's - it's commonly found and often there are coupons for it online. It is not greasy and sinks right into the skin and feels good. It keeps my hands moist during the day.

At night I use 100% African Shea Butter, rub it in, and sleep in it (better to use cotton gloves but I hate sleeping in gloves so I don't!). (It's hard coming out of the jar and you need to rub it in your hands to warm it to make it soft in order to apply it). Always do keep this around because if your hands crack and bleed, sleeping in this overnight honest to goodness heals up the cracks. It's miraculous. My hands cracks and bled already once this year, the first time it got cold, and I used the 100% African Shea Butter and they hwere healed by the next morning. Since then I've been using it every night, because the weather gets really cold at night. That and the O'Keefe's keep my hands from cracking.

As for Cetaphil above, I think it contains paraben. I won't use that. Last time I checked the ingredients it did.

Lotil is a British cream that heals up the cracks overnight. I have no idea how it does it. Not greasy. I keep a jar of it for winter and I've been using it for years. Nothing quite like it.

O'Keefe's didn't make a bit of difference in the dryness of my hands. Returned it for a refund.

Guess I'll stick with Gold Bond.
