      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had things ship out the next day and I've had things sit in process for a few days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it depends if it's coming directly from a vendor or a certain warehouse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anywhere from 12 hours to 10 days or more. It seems really arbitrary to me. I ordered the Dell computer TSV the other week and it went from being In Process for over a week to being backordered. The Estimated Delivery Date remained the same. I called Customer Service and they really had no good answer for me because Dell is fulfilling the order directly. They could only tell me that I will "most likely" get the computer in 30 days, but it's possible the order could be canceled, instead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So... yay. Good thing it's for me and not a gift.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My general rule ANY time of year is that I do not order anything from QVC if I need it within a two week window. Most things come in one week, but I'm not going to bet on "most" results. And once December comes around, I only order things from QVC for myself, not as gifts I need to be here before Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ditto with other replies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was surprised when I ordered a food item about 3 weeks ago. &amp;nbsp; Food products usually get processed, shipped and received at record speed. Ordered took 4 days to process.&amp;nbsp; Once that was done, it got here in 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Target&amp;nbsp;surprised me this year.&amp;nbsp; One would think&amp;nbsp; with all the competition they would be fast this time of year, but order I placed 9 days ago still isn't here and they provide no way to track it, only that expected delivery is for tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; Glad this is not a Christmas gift.&amp;nbsp; May be I expect too much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is a cr@p shoot as someone else said.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But what I'm noticing the last two packages I've received have been so damaged...one had a sticker on it that it was received damaged but the last one didn't. One item had glass bulbs but somehow was okay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looked like it was stomped on and dropped a few hundred times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think there are very angry UPS drivers lately. I mean how can the company send it out like that to the shipper?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next I have two firesticks and they better come in pristine shape!! &lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.png" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Although Amazon packages always come in perfect shape...so I'll know where it happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called the Q and the representative said she saw no notes of why it shouldn't ship and that sometimes things get stuck "in process" and she would "release" it. &amp;nbsp;It seemed to have worked because it shipped that day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They're custom built/made and shipped directly by Dell (or HP, or the candy people, or whomever), so everything that happens from the moment I submit my order until the item arrives (or gets canceled) is under Dell's control, not QVCs. I feel bad for QVC CS reps who have to answer&amp;nbsp;the questions about items&lt;/P&gt;</description>
