      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since when can you NOT be able to cancell an order by midnight?? that is just wrong.. I put two tsv's orderes in and found out 2 hrs later my daughter didnt want one and it WONT let me cancel?? said to far&amp;nbsp; in processing.. NOW I have to drive 30 miles to return.. When did they change the time of day to cancel?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cancellations are never guaranteed, and QVC has never had the policy that you have until midnight.&amp;nbsp; That is HSN, and even there, the cancellations are not always guaranteed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually, people complain that things do not get processed fast enoguh.&amp;nbsp; Now people complain that they process too quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lesson is to make up one's minde before confirming the order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my case I had done the same thing on another TSV. It said I couldn't cancel, I called CS they noted my account. When the item arrived I marked the box "refused" gave it our mail lady -- I was not charged for return fee and received a full credit. They will note n your account the cancellation, just make sure you check to make sure you get credited correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive always had good service from QVC customer service -- even when it was error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's never been a policy about canceling before midnight. If you aren't sure about something, don't order it. You can put it in your and NOT check out. The cart will empty every hour that it is not touched, so a long as you add/remove items every hour, the TSV will stay in your cart. (It's not like HSN, where you HAVE to check out to lock in your order or someone else can get it while it's in your cart.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sure, you can forget to edit the cart and lose the item, but if you sit on something without deciding for hours at a time,&amp;nbsp;that's your brain telling you that you know better and don't really need or can't afford the item anyway and you're better off letting it go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Order unknowingly CANCELLED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a much needed work computer with great anticipation over the great deal I was getting and just in time for school to let out and I have to turn my &amp;nbsp;computer back into the district. &amp;nbsp;1 month later after already receiving&amp;nbsp;a delivery date and thank you for your purchase confirmation, I am informed that my order was cancelled. &amp;nbsp;I did not receive an email or phone call, just cancelled. &amp;nbsp;Today was the due date and I have checked the mail everyday this week, just in case there was an early delivery. &amp;nbsp;When it was not delivered, I had to contact QVC and they said that the order was a check/money order purchase, and after not receiving funds they cancelled it. &amp;nbsp;Funny becuse&amp;nbsp;I remember entering my credit card and receiving a actual confirmation. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am just sick...literally. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BEWARE!! &amp;nbsp;CHECK ALL THE HOOPS YOU NEED TO JUMP THROUGH BEFORE BELiEVING A PURHCASE CONFIRMATION. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't think its an actual confirmation, becasue it just might not be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disaapointed and devasted...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Former QVC shopper &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
