I heard from eBay and Paypal, but have not yet heard from the seller. The rule used to be that they had three days to contact you. I could not find that in the guidelines when I searched today. I know that I can contact the seller myself, but just wondering if the rules have changed?</P> <P>$250 is not exactly a little transaction.
