topic Question Regarding 2nd Wedding in Community Chat

Does anyone know what the etiquette is regarding a 2nd marriage? My daughter is getting married in September and it's her second marriage (groom's first marriage). Is it proper to have a wedding shower for them? I don' think I'd feel comfortable inviting the same people who were at her first wedding shower....Opinions, please?
