      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually the q charges the full amount of the original shipping, not part of it. &amp;nbsp;So you pay original shipping and return shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Old news here, but since it's here I can say that the new policy works well for me.&amp;nbsp; I don't buy much and I keep over 95% of what I do order.&amp;nbsp; Because most of what I have boughht has come with far reduced shipping, even though I had to return one item because of my own stupidity, the cost was only $3 more than it would have been under the old shipping policy.&amp;nbsp; We were always paying returns on the kind of mistake I made -&amp;nbsp; unless we're liars.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, if the new policy saved me money - not a whole lot, but over $50 for my few orders, I'm sure, and it makes people think twice about ordering 3 items and returning 2 over and over again, maybe QVC will be better off in the long run.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rarely purchase clothes from QVC any more because those items for me could fall into a high return rate due to fit or quality issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am careful with my purchases, doing price checks elsewhere on line.&amp;nbsp; If an item goes back to QVC now it is definitely because it is damaged or defective.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, it is old news, and for new customers, the shipping and return fee policy is clearly stated on the website. i dont think they are trying to hide anything. customers just have to do their due diligence and find the policies on ANY website they are ordering from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I d not understand complaints like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition to QVC being open about its policy, notifying customers multiple times before implementation in addition to spelling it out on the website, why should customers not pay for their own shipping?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone makes a purchase, decides she does not like it, and returns it, why should she not pay for shipping -- at a minimum?&amp;nbsp; The customer made the decisiont o purchase it, and the customer made the decisiont o send it back.&amp;nbsp; This was not a decision made by QC or QVC's other customers.&amp;nbsp; If the purchaser does not pay for the shipping, then the rest of us end up paying for it in higher prices, and that is simply unfair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lesson to be taken from this is to be decisive and informed BEFORE making the purchase.&amp;nbsp; Do not expect QVC to send you merchandise on approval, and do not expect the rest of us to help defray poor purchasing decisions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
