He probably should have made the name change when he started out in show business. I get it that they call him The Hoff, but it seems like too little too late.

I don't know that he needs attention. He is a huge star overseas still today.

I like him. He never seems to take himself too seriously. He owned up to his shortcomings and didn't try to blame anyone else. He also seems to be a really kind hearted person.

The name change thing is odd. I wonder if he plans to put out some kind of products. Maybe it's easier to copyright your own name ??
