    <description>I've only had a positive experience shopping at Evine, but I haven't bought jewelry from them in over a decade. I wouldn't consider it now (from ANY channel), based on reviews i've read. The clothing and shoes i've received from them have turned out to be quality deals, so far. I can only hope that won't change.</description>

      <title>Evine is the worst!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I ordered 3 tops from evine live in July they all came in the same package. I took out the first two and wore them they fit great and I presumed the other one in the last package was the same. When I finally opened it, it was a whole other top in a size 2x. I called their customer service and explained what happened and that I no longer had the reciept or a package to mail it in. The rep said she&amp;nbsp; she would mail me the label and to send it back for a refund.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Well today they sent me back the same top &amp;nbsp;and told me it was past 30 days and they would not give me a refund. What am I suppose to do with a 2x top that is not my style besides donate it and still have to pay for it?! I intend on calling them tomorrow and also letting them know that they have lost a customer. I hope they are satisfied with their service because I am not. Evine is not good business as far as Im concerned.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customers have responsibilities too. I think the OP is blaming Evine for their own irresponsible behavior in not holding up your (the customer's) part of the transaction. You did not inspect your order and could have returned the item in the 30 day period. I agree you should talk to a supervisor and see if they will assist you. I think you should cowgirl up and accept responsibility for your actions instead of totally blaming evine. Hopefully they will help you, unless you frequently violate the return policy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been there, done that.&amp;nbsp; Ordered multiple items and wore or looked at 1 and not the only only to discover something was wrong with the second item, after the 30 days had expired.&amp;nbsp; And yep, I ended up donating the item.&amp;nbsp; Now, I make sure to check everything I get immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would call Evine and just see what they say about helping you.&amp;nbsp; While yes this was technically your fault, they should be willing to help you out as a courtesy. Especially since you just want an exchange.&amp;nbsp; You aren't asking for your money back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would have gone into your order history on the Evine site (if you didn't still have the return label from the packaging invoice) and print out a duplicate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had 3 returns to Evine in the past month (which is highly unusual for me) and they've all been processed fine. One was for a pair of boots that I had ordered on the same day as a piece of jewelry and they sent the wrong shoes and the other case was 2 Tracfone smartphones that their system had erroneously said my zip code had service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moral of the story.....don't call customer service and ask. It will most likely slide through the returns department....and always use their Value Pay so you don't have a ton of money tied up in their mistakes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA: &amp;nbsp;I see you did get caught by the return date but maybe if you hadn't have had to wait for the return label to get sent to you it would have made it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I shopped a few times with them when they were shopnbc.&amp;nbsp; I ordered a couple handbags, and&amp;nbsp; sheets, many sheets.&amp;nbsp; I had good luck with.&amp;nbsp; The last time I ordered from them was about 5 years ago.&amp;nbsp; It was an oriental&amp;nbsp; entry table, for about 200 bucks.&amp;nbsp; It came and the top was slightly cracked.&amp;nbsp; It wasn't real noticible, but I wasn't going to pay for that.&amp;nbsp; When I called they had no replacement.&amp;nbsp; And I wanted to send it back.&amp;nbsp; The box was broken in shipping, hense the crack.&amp;nbsp; They made a call ticket.&amp;nbsp; But they never came.&amp;nbsp; They refunded me .&amp;nbsp; When I called about them picking the table up, they said keep it.&amp;nbsp; I love it.&amp;nbsp; I have it upsatirs with a lamp on the crack, and it was free!!&amp;nbsp; From a home shopping channel!&amp;nbsp; How rare is that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What's with blaming the OP ?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A few months ago I ordered 3 pair of casual pants from the Q....fall/winter and they were clearance priced so I got 3 different colors. Tried on 1pair when they arrived---perfect. Last week we had a chillier morning so I grabbed a pair and they were waaaay too big. The CS rep told me that sometimes different COLORS of the same item are sized differently. Sold out but to return at their expense for refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It had been way past the 30 days but it wasn't my fault. Evine should have done the same thing......I've never bought from them but now I never will. (I've got more watches than I need anyway.......LOL )&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
