I needed to load time and it is supposed to double automatically with the phone I have but I paid $100 and only got 1000min. so I sent e mails and just , finally, spoke to a customer service rep saying they didn't double my min as they should have done. She told me that the min were doubled and that for $100 I would normally only get 500 min - so the price per min went from 10cents to 20 cents in the 2 years since I bought this phone.
