      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've seen a lot of very smart people do really stupid things, so I believe there's definitely a difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart people know what to do and how to do it, but might not know that just because a thing CAN be done does not mean it SHOULD be done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Wise person may or may not know what to do or how to do it, but does know that just because a thing can be done doesn't mean it should be done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Common sense is basically good judgement, not&amp;nbsp;realy involving academic learning.&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;People who are incredibly bright can also be unaware of small things at times, think of the old jokes about the absent-minded professor.&amp;nbsp; I don't see that as being without common sense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Age old question, smart as in intelligence, we are all born with different IQ's, what we make of it &amp;amp; how we use it is up to us. &amp;nbsp;Wise as in street wise is probably akin to common sense, to do the "right" thing, being aware, &amp;amp; quick on the uptake. &amp;nbsp;If you have both &amp;amp; use it wisely, you are indeed very fortunate.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My favorite expression: &amp;nbsp;Most people today are educated beyond their intelligence!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
