Has anyone else noticed how small Jimmy Fallon's

stage is and auditorium. Hard to believe that was once Johnny Carson's show. Now, that Stephen Colbert is on I would say he has a great looking theater and stage. Kimmel, Conan and even James Corden have bigger stages than Jimmy Fallon. Also, when they pan the audience many seats are empty. Hmmm. Also, getting tired of hearing Fallon talk about his new home in the Hamptons.

LOL. I think he made a mistake moving the show to the East Coast and I think his skits are too SNL (yes I know that Lorne Michaels is the producer). I just don't like the quality of the joke writing or the cramped space allowed for skits.

I'm surprised that Fallon's show has empty seats and more surprised that the cameras would pan in on that.

I like the look of Colbert's show.

Jimmy Fallon consistantly beats the Late Show and Jimmy Kimmel in the ratings, so I don't think he cares if the seats are empty. These shows are filmed in the early afternoon. Tickets are mostly given out to tourists on the street the day the show is filmed.

Stephen Colbert has the luxury of performing in the spacious Ed Sullivan Theater. It is an attractive and historic venue.

Maybe Fallon wants a tiny stage. Maybe it's part of the SNL stage or in the NBC building. I thought he looked more important on his bigger stage in CA. Can't stand Colbert. Not funny at all.
