It is nice to be able heart someone and let you know you support their post. It's a freebie.

I'm not going to comment about the flip side of the coin on that, it serves no purpose, but I have my ways. LOL

@qualitygal, your post gave me an idea!

What if they had another heart on the other side of the page in a different color and when you used that heart, it would put a penny in the "charity bank" of your choice. QVC could cash those heart pennies in quarterly or semi-annually using your existing a/c info and forward it to the charity of your choice. My pennies would add up! It would be fun to have a heart option that told the poster, "I liked your post so much it was worth paying for!"

Dont give the Q any ideas about the hearts being free. They'll probably give them an item number and start charging for them.
