I installed the 12.3 today. It took forever, but that's because I have mid-level Internet speed!

Thanks for the heads up @dooBdoo. I'm often reluctant to install updates/new versions on my ipad, because it seems they always come with new issues and rarely fix existing bugs. But being the eternal optimist that I am... here goes nothin!!

Unless there's a security warning, I usually wait a week to update, especially after iOS 8 bricked quite a few phones. In a few days there will be less stress on the server and the blogs I follow will note anything crazy I need to be aware of. When they released the OS that replaced Google Maps with Apple Maps, I didn't update at all until Google released a new Maps App for the iPhone.

Thanks to the very early adopters who risked bricks to test for me.
