I was reading the other post about alcohol and HDL. I love wine but try to keep it to 3 glasses per week because of the breast cancer risk. My husbands doctor told him to drink a glass of red wine daily to help his cholesterol. I was thinking maybe the compromise would be to drink wine 4 days and drink non-alcoholic 3 days. If what is good for you is the grape skin. So, does anyone know what the best non-alc wine is?
