The investigation is complete and concluded Jenner violated the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law. Punishable by 1 year in jail.

Well yeah! We're free here in the states, but certainly not equal. People have been buying their way out of trouble and serving in the wars forever in the US.

The max sentance is 1 year in county jail. Prison isn't even an option. That is IF charges are even filed.

That's correct and even if he's charged, you know there will be a plea deal that keeps him out of jail.

BTW, there are plenty of gay & transgender men and women in our prison systems, they just don't put them in 'general population', they're segregated.

actually, transgenders in prison get great treatment! Even FREE SURGERY! Paid by the taxpayers......

It was an accident. She wasn't driving drunk, and was driving under the speed limit. I would not be surprised if she does not do any jail time. I do feel bad for the the poor woman that died in the crash.

These threads are so gleeful. If you are lucky, Maybe they televise the trial and something horrible will happen.

You mean the county jail like in Mayberry? Aunt Bee would cook all her meals and decorate with chintz curtains and matching bedspread? She'd play checkers with Barney, discuss fashions with Thelma Lou, teach Opie the meaning of life, and swap family stories with Andy.

Gee, I wouldn't mind going to the Mayberry county jail.
