Is this site slow again today?

I know yesterday there were problems with sign in, and the board being very slow. Today it seems worse. It is just this site, other sites I have no problem.

Today I have had 3 drop offs, where I get message "website not responding"/ I also have trouble with reply function, and getting the pictures on the "Just Pgotos of cats" thread! Then I recieved a "suspicious website" message from Norton. It can't be just me, I am having no problem on any other website at all. I will come from several sites, sign in here and problems start right away.

Anyone else??

Now I am scared, because I was on the Zombie thread here, maybe my lapstop is controlled by the Zombie cats, LOL!

Yes! It's awful. I've never understood why they don't invest in a better system, they lose business because of the horrible mess it is.

No, it's not just you!...I was just going to ask the same thing!...It's taking me forever to get into a thread and to post...I keep getting the message..."qvc.com is not responding"...."recover website"...I'm signing off for now and will try again later.

I couldn't even bring up info on a bracelet set (alex and ani) I wanted. How do they do business? I wonder about the suspicious website thing. Also, yesterday I got a message this site had "certificate" issues, did I want to proceed?

I agree, they need a better system. I can see if they don't want to invest in this Community, but issues with ordering is serious.

Absolutely! Yes, it's very slow. And having to sign in 4 times in one day is ridiculous IMO.

Yesterday, I kept getting the message "we're processing your request" every time I tried to click on a thread.

I also wish they would make the "jumping" go away; it didn't do it before on the older BB. Frustrating is an understatement.

There were two items that I wanted to order. One the day before yesterday, and had to call customer service to get info about the product before ordering. Then again yesterday Iwas trying to order a BE item and needed a color chart and couldnt get it fromt he site. Again had to call CS. If the items had just been a whimsy thing and not replacements for something needed I would have just not bothered.

I'm having slowness issues here, too. It's not anywhere else besides here, either, so I know it's not my internet, network, or computer. I'm on a fast computer, that's kept very clean, and I have pretty speedy internet, due to a recent upgrade with ATT.

I'm on several windows doing a bunch of things at once and all the other websites and my webmail are fast as lightening. Just this place - it keeps making the 'site not responding' thing come up on Chrome. A page will finally load but often it takes several minutes.

It's been terrible again today. And the Autosave has not been working at all. When I have posted, the Pink error box has stayed on constantly! Well, almost - it blinks off for just a nanosecond, causing bounce bounce bounce! I gave up and shut down for awhile. Ironically, the best it worked was when I came back and hadn't signed in yet!

Yesterday I had so much trouble with this website. It wasn't just the board, it was the "search QVC" too. There were a couple of items I wanted to place into my wishlist and I couldn't locate them.

I also had no problems (most) other websites.

Yesterday was horrible. I literally gave up for several hours. Today for whatever readon, I've had minimal slowness in the a.m. And it's as usual for me now.

For me it seems to be running MUCH more quickly at this point.

There are clearly some problems with this website because it kills my browser pretty frequently, whether I'm using Chrome or IE. It hasn't actually done that today but most days, if I'm here for any amount of time, it inevitably will.

Hey CB?

It freezes up on me too. Then the browser gets booted. I use IE and Firefox, both same issues. This morning I had to sign in 4 times. Then I was dropped. I know it wasn't my computer Why does this happen? It seems to be running okay now. Butyesterday, last night and this morning until maybe 2 it was doo doo

I would love to know why some of this happens. QVC is a pretty big company. Like I said, I can see maybe them not keepingup with the the Community , but ordering? That is what they are here for. hennypenny's experience is what I went through yesterday ordering
