Anyone watch Adventures of Bear Grylls?

I dvr it every week. It's very good and exciting to watch celebrities go on his treks. Just saw yesterday's episode with Michelle Rodriquez (Fast and Furious fame) and it was great. Also saw the episodes with Kate Hudson and Kate Winslet which were very good too.
