Long story story short it happened again & they're sending a new one. Got confirmation email with shipping to someone else! I caught this before it ever left their warehouse & it still went out & was delivered to that person today. Called again (4th time) & told them it was delivered anyway. It's been corrected and they threw in a box of KCups. Wow that's big of them!
