The jury in the Colorado movie theater killings has reached a verdict. Verdict will be announced at 7 p.m. eastern.

I dunno, clearly he is mentally ill and has been for quite some time. The bigger question is whether the jury 'cares'.......

Well, I wasn't discussing the questions involved in my post -- only that I think he'll get the death penalty.

Yes, I do believe they believe he suffers from some very serious mental issues, he's not going anywhere so I think the penalty is sufficient.

I was surprised that the verdict ended up life in prison. With all that carnage and pain, I think he deserved the death penalty. I hope that this jury decision brings closure to the families of those that were hurt or killed.
