Two weeks ago I bleached my teeth and left it on one hour I think and now I still feel sensitive teeth.......ugh.....it was 30%.........I tried to bleach the next day and my gums were buring so bad I could not get water on my teeth fast enogh. I am going to try again tomorrow to bleach my teeth...I drink hot tea and I need them bleached so I will see how I feel but I am only going to leave on 30 minutes and no longer then finish up with MI Paste. </P> <P>Has this ever happened to you and if so how long did it take to get over it?
