    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have, at times either had a question regarding an item/order or needed to return something and I have always been treated politely and pleasantly and had my issue resolved. &amp;nbsp;Last year, I ordered a 7 1/2' Christmas tree and was very unhappy with it. &amp;nbsp;CS couldn't be more accomodating and arranged with UPS to pick it up. &amp;nbsp;What a relief for me. &amp;nbsp;Thank you QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm so sick of reading a review and the woman writing it complaining about why she can't return an unsatisfactory item! &amp;nbsp;I've read "I can't return because I lost the packaging", "I can't return because I washed it", "can't return because it shrunk", "can't return because I don't have the return lable", "can't return because I wore it", they go on and on. &amp;nbsp;Ladies if you throw away the packaging get a box or mailing bag, put item in there, ship. &amp;nbsp;If it shrunk, you wore it, it faded, you got a stain on it, you can return it no questions asked!! If you lost return label go to "my account", then your orders, then the item, then print return label, then put in box, and return. If you don't have a printer call customer service and they will mail you a return label. If you don't want to go to the post office to return it put a note on your mailbox saying you have a package to be picked up and postman will come to your door, ring bell, and pick it up or go online and schedule a pick up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In the 14 months I have been shopping with QVC I have returned a lot of things with NO problem! &amp;nbsp;Every time I have contacted customer service they have resolved my issue to my liking! I have had 3 different items of clothing I had for SEVERAL MONTHS that I hadn't worn yet, when I went to wear them (months apart) &amp;nbsp;I found out there was a problem. I called customer service and was told to return the items for a full refund!&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now if that isn't phenomenal customer service I don't know what is. I hope certain ladies that read this don't abuse this option and ruin it for the rest of us as I know MANY of them will call and try to get refunds on old items simply because they changed their minds! &amp;nbsp;Ladies if you have a TRUE problem with something even if it's past 30 days try calling customer service. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; Another thing I have found is when I've watched an episode I recorded and I've tried to order the item only to find the price has changed, once again I called customer service and they honored the price listed on my recording.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; I honestly believe QVC customer service wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and will do their best to accommodate you! &amp;nbsp;Thank you QVC customer service! When you call please take a moment to thank them for helping you as more times than not people only take time to complain and it would be nice to hear something positive for a change! Thanks ladies I hope you find this helpful. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; I've debated writing about my being able to return things I've had for months as I know people WILL take advantage, I just hope they don't ruin it for the rest of us with actual problems.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" color="#FF0000"&gt;i have really had nothing but satisfactory experiences with customer service at the Q.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" color="#FF0000"&gt;i dont return much, but once i rec'd someone elses order and not my own ... and CS resolved the situation to my satisfaction. &amp;nbsp; then last month, i rec'd a pair of shoes that i LOVED, but part of the embellishment fell off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i did not have original packaging or return slip, but CS mailed me one, and i returned the shoes and was promptly issued a credit. &amp;nbsp;(because, unfortunately, my own size was by then sold out.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" color="#FF0000"&gt;THANK YOU QVC FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have also returned LOTS of clothing over the years.....ordered correct size (checked size chart....always) but was either to big or to small...S. Graver is the worst on sizing, at least for me. I also returned a denim and co jacket that was orange....when I went to wear it a couple months later I realized that is was just to orange. I called CS and they kindly let me return the item, it had never been worn but was past the 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have nothing put praise for my dealings with customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never had a problem returning any thing to QVC and on occasion&amp;nbsp;I have not had the original packaging or pack slip, just went on line and printed every thing off or CS sent the paper work to me for the return. One time I had bought a printer cartridge and forgot about it and when I went to use it it didn't fit my printer. This was&amp;nbsp;way past the 30 day return policy, I would say&amp;nbsp;3 months past and&amp;nbsp; CS said just send it back. I return lots of merchandise and never had one problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ONLY issue I have with returns is the LONG TIME it takes to receive a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beyond that, QVC CS has always tried to fix any situation be a lost receipt/packing slip, threw out the box/info, even beyond the 30 day period. Personal opinion? That MANY of&amp;nbsp;these reviews are FAKE. Anyone can write a review on QVC.com unlike HSN where you MUST have purchased the EXACT item AND had it 5 days beyond delivery (they keep track). If QVC did this, I do believe you would see far less of those idiotic reviews.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some people just live to complain, whine, be miserable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think the reason I didn't in the post you're speaking of was I couldn't figure out how to write in paragraphs in this format. If I remember correctly it didn't give me the option to space down, but I may be mistaken too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I'm new to forum and really like it and like being able to post topics I'm interested in and to receive feedback! I edited it and put in paragraphs although I must admit I'm not sure about when to start a new paragraph. I know you're supposed to start a new paragraph when you change the subject, that's as far as my limited education goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Anyone reading the post about customer service and returns I'd gladly like your opinion on my paragraphs on edited version so I can learn to write better using proper grammar and format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Thanks to all of the great QVC forum ladies and all your feedback!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I'm new to forum and want to learn how to use it appropriately!       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never had an issues with returns, here or anywhere else. I open the bag at the top, try on the clothes, and if they don't work, fold up neatly and place back in the bag. If I'm not sure, I do the same thing and try it on again later and decide. If I'm concerned an item might not hold up well, I keep the packaging and immediately wash it. &amp;nbsp;When I try shoes, I walk around the house and if they don't work I put all of the tissue back just as it came and return it. Same with purses. I don't take the tissue off of the zippers, etc., until I've looked at it and decided I'm going to keep it. &amp;nbsp;I've really not had an issues with things breaking or tearing up later. I take good care when I launder and basically take good care of all my things. I do understand that things can break. Not trying to sound snobbish, but I know what the OP is saying. I think some people want to wear or use things for awhile and then return them, then complain when they have issues with returns. And I'm on an iPad and can't do paragraphs 😄&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't get it either.&amp;nbsp; If a person throws out the packaging, it's not the end. You have to box it up yourself and you print off the receipt info. If they can manage to complain in a review, then they can manage to do the above. If they don't know that, there is pleanty of information to assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service is usually pretty good. I have never had an unsatisfactory or rude interaction with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speaking of returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But how long are we going to listen to people gripe and whine&amp;nbsp;about shipping charges?&amp;nbsp;It's a done deal. Has it been three months?&amp;nbsp; If you really want something you buy it. Obviously, the Q has instituted new shipping charges.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It puts the kibbosh on a lot of binge/impulse buying. That isn't a bad thing. It will give others a change to purchase a fresh item. But it is what is. Ridculous to keep harping on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really need to keep up with the Q.&amp;nbsp; I haven't placed an order in ions and when I did I lucked out and found quite a few nice tops.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday the last of my order arrived and I didn't particularly love two of them.&amp;nbsp; So I called CS and told them I was returning two.&amp;nbsp; I asked what the cost to me would be and was told $6.95 for using the label and I wouldn't get back the original S&amp;amp;H.&amp;nbsp; Like really.&amp;nbsp; I'd give them to a friend before giving the Q $12.95.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sales have had to gone up or down for the Q which ever way you look at it.&amp;nbsp; Lucky me the other items were to my fit and liking.&amp;nbsp; Naturally this new return policy might stop me from placing future orders for any item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
