    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did get my refund for VPH's finials that didnt' work. It states I received a full refund and I used the prepaid USPS label. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am suppose to get the return postage paid for as well so would they have taken it out of my refund and make the refund less that amount?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, I did receive a full refund of what it cost me including original postage so I should be ok. &amp;nbsp;I wasn't sure if they charge my method of payment for the return postage but then gives me a full refund on the original amount. &amp;nbsp;I'll check my cc soon but I know it takes a few days for new charges to appear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;A full refund (I believe) is purchase price plus original s&amp;amp;h.&amp;nbsp; You receive return postage cost if the product is defective or they send the wrong item.&amp;nbsp; I always call if this is the case to make sure it is noted on my account.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you have a damaged/defective item you should get a FULL refund......purchase price, original shipping, taxes, and return shipping. if you did not then you need to call customer service to get the other monies refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have just a regular return, you get a full refund of the purchase price and tax only. no refund on the original shipping, taxes on the shipping, and return shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They should refund ALL S&amp;amp;H charges, and not charge you&amp;nbsp;the $6.95 return postage. When I have returned an item for size, they have deducted the $6.95 and the original shipping charge from my refund.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately I have had to follow up on getting the $3 original S &amp;amp; H back to my CC if using their Smart Label. I was told by C/S that the refunds are now synced to give all back but the original S &amp;amp; H cost. So if the S &amp;amp; H was $3 you should get that back PLUS the $6.95 should not be deducted from your CC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Credits usually take longer to appear. I just used the same cc for dinner and that is already pending but not my QVC credits.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, one of my returns was on 2 easy pays and the 2nd payment is pending. I will check again tomorrow and see if the full credit on my first return comes through and then if both easy pay credits come through on my 2nd return. &amp;nbsp;I wasn't getting any info about my 2nd return so I thought something went wrong but they both show RETURNED now. I'll have to check back tomorrow on my credit card transactions to see if they all come through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, it seems like no charge for the return postage/ no deduction from my refund although none has been posted yet. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 1st return shows my full credit on my order status but the 2nd return only shows it's been returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just wanted to know for future reference how they handle return postage on defective items as far as how it is handled. &amp;nbsp;Now that I have returned a few things, I should know for next time. I rarely return anything and now with losing so much on a return as far as shipping both ways IF I return an item due to my not liking it or not fitting, I am very cautious when purchasing anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only returned these 2 items because they were both defective.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did receive another item today but don't want to open it until my hubby goes to sleep.....he sees too many brown boxes. I don't believe he knows I returned a few things. &amp;nbsp;He thinks I'm crazy for all the shopping and now returning items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pray it's ok cuz I'm sure if I return too many items as defective, QVC will start to question my returns.       <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the return label...they NEVER charge you the return fee of $6.95 and then credit it later for the defect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should NEVER see a charge for the label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is defective/Q error..you should be credited the full amount you were originally charged.&amp;nbsp; Q pays for the return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you return for other reasons, the $6.95 label use fee is &lt;STRONG&gt;deducted&lt;/STRONG&gt; from your credit.&amp;nbsp; Your return credit is less.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is never an additional charge to your credit account.&amp;nbsp; You would never see the $6.95 label fee applied to any charge account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are very wise to watch your returns carefully!&amp;nbsp; Mistakes are abundant!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They always state that it can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear. &amp;nbsp;My new cycle just started so by the time the next bill is ready, the credits should be there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will know for next time how this whole return procedure is handled by QVC. Usually when I return on my own due to not fitting or liking (rarely), based on the weight, I send it back on my own if I can figure it will be way less than $6.95. &amp;nbsp;Clothing usually doesn't weigh as much as a home decor item but I will be sure to check that they don't deduct the prepaid amount of $6.95 if I didn't use that label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for everyone's help in this matter!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Credits given and on my credit card.....story over!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for everyone's help in this matter; I now know how to handle a defective return as well as QVC returns in general.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm glad I wasn't charged return or original postage since they were defective. I lost out on the mini gingerbread houses and the finials but I do not want defective items and do not want to chance it again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
