    <description>&lt;P&gt;American Veterinary Assn has issued warnings regarding multiple jerky treats causing Fanconi's Syndrome.  As one would suspect they are from China and sold under numerous names.  Causes elevated liver enzymes, liver failure, and severe decrease in Potassium and kidney failure among others.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;So far cats have not been seen sick.  They are trying to identify the agent causing this. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Just thought you'd like to know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
