Now I'm wanting to visit &amp; see what the place is like. We will call &amp; ask questions re: property taxes etc. I just thought that maybe someone here might have things to say about the place. We're in New Hampshire, so the south is inviting to me. Unfortunately we can't keep our home here...would love to be a "snow bird", but we wouldn't be able to afford to have two homes. Just thought I'd ask for your opinions.
