still jumping all over

Is anybody still having a problem with the pages jumping all over the place? I cannot set my font, write anything. For the last hour my pages have jumped so bad,everytime I attempt to set something, it jumps before I can set anything for save. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes!! Long time to load the banner and JUMPING many times. Can't stand it. Edited to add this is on Ipad

Yes I still have jumping on my tablet. I haven't been on my laptop so I don't know if it's still happening there. I can't be here too long anymore because the jumping gives me a terrible headache.

Still jumping on my iPad too. Once it stops I have no problem but it slows everything down and is frustrating and annoying.

I just accept that this site will never work right. Mine jumps constantly whenever I change subjects or pages.
