How do you unheart a post?

hi cherry, if you look at those 3 dots next to the post you hearted, you should see a "revoke my hearts". click that on and it will remove the heart.

I didn't know that. I have accidently hit those 3 dots.Does it show the person who did this?

Heart me, missy, and then take it away.

When you hit the three dots, several options will come down in a menu.

Ouch! LOL, but I've been afraid I'll hit the wrong thing when I go to look at who did heart a post, humpfff.

For some reason, Cherry when I saw the title of your thread, I started singing that old hymn, 'Here I am Lord'.....'is it me, Lord?

I wonder if the person is notified they've been unhearted? Or does it just fade off into the distance?

missy I just hearted you and tried to take it away - just an experiment lol. I did not get any option to take away hearts. (I'm assuming I was supposed to use the 3 dots in missy's post that I hearted.) Edited to add "oops". Yes, I do get the option now. I guess I did not wait long enough at first.

Hey Cherry,

I saw a your thread yesterday on my Ipad and I wanted to respond on my big computer, but now I can't find it. It was about meeting posters and knowing who they were by the way they expressed themselves. I assume it got poofed for some reason. Anyway, I just wanted to say that yes, having communicated with you outside this board, I do think I would know who you were by just listening to you.
