Trying with an IPad

I have tried the new forum on IE and it S$&@Ks. I'm now trying on an IPad and it's much better.

Thought I would see if I could do paragraphs and it looks like I can. I SURE hope they are not through and things get better!

I could always tell when it was an ipad, now it looks normal. Score QVC!

Yeah, it didn't work for me using IE either but others say it does for them. That's kind of odd.

I'm REALLY glad that it works better for people with Ipads now! I guess there has to be one good thing, eh?

I also like that you can spoiler tag. I saw it on IE but now, on Chrome, I don't see it. Oh, it's that weird yellow circle with something in the middle that I cannot tell what it is.

I won Top Chef! HA!

When you hit 'reply', look at the right top of the posting box and you should see the word 'QUOTE'. Just click on that and the post you hit 'reply' on should appear inside your posting box.

Quote is not there when using the iPad. I'm using IE on my desktop & quote is there after you click on reply.

So far so good here. Haven't tried typing paragraphs on my iPad. Will let you know if it's successful.

When you hit reply ..you have all sorts of options including emoticon options.

I like the large font choice too!

I think it will take some getting used to..as nobody does well with change at first.

I'm typing on my iPad now. You can't quote and you can't bold, insert smileys, etc. like I can from my computer.

Looks like the only improvement for the iPad is that we can do paragraphs now, but I sure don't see the quote feature when I hit reply.

You hit reply, then outside the typing area box, you hit quote. I'm not on an IPad, but another tablet.

The quote doesn't show up anywhere on the screen when typing on an iPad.

The only things I see outside the typing box are

The message tags box to the right of the typing box
The cancel and Post buttons to the lower right of the typing box
Plus a "view discussion in a pop up" link below and lower left

That's about it!
