I was reading the other threads and here's the facts.......if you're not violating policies you won't get banned and if somebody keeps reporting people they're the ones who's gonna get banned so keep calm and chill out........ It's just a chat board!

This year it is so warm. furrondy.net is canceling events and the Iditarod moved to Fairbanks due to lack of snow. But no palm trees.

That picture looks so inviting!! I just came in from playing with my dog in the snow. Seasonably cold in my neck of the woods at 33 degrees. Not too bad, I'll take it.

This would make it perfect....a hunky guy serving me a frozen margarita.

I don't know of anyone doing anything wrong or lawless here. But if an opinion or experience or philosophy isn't like, it's deleted. I like the differences so that the forum is a big bore. Used to be the many differences were allowed and things were very interesting. Not now.

Yup, that's what I've always heard: If somebody keeps reporting a poster they dislike without any evidence of violations, it will backfire badly.

I wish it were so. I get some really nasty posts on some of my threads and the entire thread gets trashed because of these. I wonder if the forum monitor knows what he or she is doing. Throwing out the baby with the bath water as the saying goes.

So..how do we know that those who report other posters' posts, get banned? If they get banned, they have no way to let us know about it?

Or do they tell other posters via email?

I imagine they come back as the "new and improved" nick............but I highly suspect all of this is just speculation.....................................raven
