Congratulations! Doctors say that within just a week, your lungs will be noticeably pinker. (If you've ever seen photos of a smoker's lungs, they are pitch black). You'll never regret it; best of luck. :-)

Keep it up...my Mom has smoked all her life and has now been diagnosed with COPD as well as my brother in law who is much younger then I.

I have shared the personal information that I choose. I'm not ashamed of me.

there are lots of really good things in my life that I keep private. I'm figuring out that I need good thoughts and support on the things I've shared. I need these ""atta boy""s right now. I'm in touch with my RL friends and driving them nuts about this too
