      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really don't support the government getting into any other part of my life, and would like to see them exit a lot of the places they are now. The government does not do an efficient or good job at anything it sticks it's nose in (with the exception of the military, but even that isn't managed as well as it could be, financially). &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Less government in general, would be a good thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are laws on the books right now about various kinds of discrimination, yet many employers learned very quickly how to work around them &amp;amp; not get caught.  I hate to be negative, but I just don't see this working the way the creators had in mind.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is this - an employee could be set up to be accused simply because the employee is not liked by a few others.  Law or no law, businesses need to be very careful handling accusations as it is.   Businesses who do not have clear policies in writing will be the last to follow a new law.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Businesses with good HR structure will not need this law. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a woman I worked with for 3 years and we took breaks together, helped one another with work related issues that cropped up discussing things at length.....so one day she wore this low cut tank top and you could see her tatoo on her breast and so when I greeted her that day I said oh nice top kinda racy for here though, wink wink. Well, she took offense by that. She put her hands on her hips and said well, my husband said it's ok to wear and then spoke to HR. I was floored. It was in fact inappropriate for work and they told her that and since I was not her supervisor my job wasn't placed in jeopardy. They did speak to me privately though to ask what prompted the convo. Like I said, I was floored. Everyone knew we hung out and saw us each day in the breakroom. After that I became the lone ranger and when the company shut its doors, I said adios and never looked back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Well, she took offense by that. She put her hands on her hips and said well, my husband said it's ok to wear and then spoke to HR. I was floored. It was in fact inappropriate for work and they told her that and since I was not her supervisor my job wasn't placed in jeopardy. They did speak to me privately though to ask what prompted the convo. Like I said, I was floored. Everyone knew we hung out and saw us each day in the breakroom. After that I became the lone ranger and when the company shut its doors, I said adios and never looked back.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt; &lt;P&gt;I can understand why you were floored.
