That's great news! I told Keurig that I was not going to buy a new machine until they made a refillable cup and I know I wasn't the only person to send them that message. The amount of waste associated with K-cups bothers me, and this is an option that allows people to use a Keurig and not produce all that waste.

I was in BB&B yesterday and saw a new refillable cup made for the Keurig 2.0!!! Surprised to see one out so soon, but for those of you who have the 2.0 this should be good news. I know I love my vue version of refillable cups.

Hmm, guess nobody is interested? Surely eliminates one of the "issues" people have about the 2.0

I found that when I get the message on the Keurig 2 that the cup cannot be used, if I lift and drop the lid two more times, it will let me brew ...

The same thing is true with my Solo Cups ... I just lift and drop the lid 2-3 times and I can brew ...

On 1/19/2015 humpty dumpty said:
I found that when I get the message on the Keurig 2 that the cup cannot be used, if I lift and drop the lid two more times, it will let me brew ...

The same thing is true with my Solo Cups ... I just lift and drop the lid 2-3 times and I can brew ...

Oh I will try this. So you just use a non-Keurig k cup and try it two or three times? I never thought of that. I have thrown several out. I had no idea that my current cups that were not "keurig brand" would not work in this new Vue. THANKS for any other info.
