It was on clearance price, and it's the softest, warmest throw in the world. That being said, it seems to shed a lot. I take my hand and gently tug, and many fibers come out. My bed was covered with those fibers.</P> <P>Does the throw stop shedding? I shook it out but not very well. Should I take it outside and give it a couple of good shakes. Do you think that will help?<BR /> <BR /> I really don't want to send this back because I love it. The reviews were very good, although a few did mention shedding. Do you think the reviews are edited and removed if they're too negative? I don't usually read reviews because I hardly buy anything anymore.</P> <P>But I do love this throw.
