I would just like to give my own personal opinion on Lisa. Lisa was not only very pretty but also very professional in her presentations and that is why everyone adored her. When I found out that Shawn was going to be her replacement it took me by surprise. The only time I watch a program when she is a host is when Isaac Mazrahi is on. She makes herself better and constantly talks down to him. He is a famous designer and she is a high priced salesperson so it shows her lack of respect. There are other hosts who would have been a better replacement than Shawn. Also. disappointed that Courtney did not stay on and possibly work with Sandra Bennett who are both very sweet.

I like Lisa very much and miss her.

Shawn has really grown on me the last several years. I like her quirkiness and think she is funny. I also detect a good heart...so I am fine with her. Now I have not watched the show since Lisa left...in fact mayhave only watched QVC for a few minutes since Lisa left so my opinion is based on other shows I have watched Shawn on in the past.

i like Shawn and I don't think she 'talks down' to Isaac. So what if he is a 'famous' designer we all deserve respect but I do not think she is disrespecting him, they are having fun and I do believe they are friends. There are have many times when I laugh out loud over something said or done on the show she does with him.....Of course this is just my opinion....

If you have read prior posts about Lisa I,don't think that your "everyone adored her" statement is exactly accurate.

Sorry but Lisa was a huge phony in my NYC girl eyes, she always tried to hard and rarely hit the mark. She was 99% fake and less than 1% real

So the OP starts out saying she wishes to give her "own personal opinion" but then goes on to say that this is not just her opinion?

Some people liked Lisa, some did not. Some people like the new host, some do not. I do not see this being so important to get upset about a change in glorified sales clerks.

They have different hosting styles, but Lisa and Shawn are/were great hosts.

Because some liked her...she had humor, was self deprecating and was good at her job(in the opinion of some of us)...just like everything in life...some do...some don't.

The cynic in me wonders if some of these posters are friends of, or associated with Lisa, and they post these threads so that she is not forgotten.

Doesn't she have a facebook page? I think she might appreciate the OP's compliments - she should post them.

I will never understand the jabs that are said about the hosts on the Q. They are men and women hired to do a job and they are all good at their jobs. They are all good or they would not be working for this company. This company would never keep any of them if they were not bringing in business. Personally I don't see any thing wrong with any of them. They all have their own personalities and that is what makes them enjoyable to watch. And for the record I really like Lisa and Shawn both outstanding employees for QVC.

I've noticed lately that Shawn does sometimes take little digs at Isaac but they both seem to laugh it off. I would find it hard to believe that they dislike one another...maybe get sick of one another or exasperated at times...him at her too I've also noticed.

Re Lisa....sometimes really liked her and other times felt that she misrepresented the products to make a sale. Overall, I liked her.
