    <description>&lt;P&gt;The QVC returns via the post office go through a third party carrier.  That third party does not track the package once it's picked up from the post office.  They are not very fast, so I would allow a few more days.  If you printed the return label from QVC website, you have the tracking information on that item number.  I have two being returned and I can go to that order # and the tracking information is available.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you seen the commercial for the POst Office where you schedule them to pick up your package?  Well, I tried it on January 5.  I was actually home when the item was picked up and got an e-mail stating it had been picked up...which I deleted.   Well, you probably guessed it QVC still does not show they have received the purse I returned 10 days ago.  Pretty certain they've got it by now. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Because I deleted the pick up e-mail I can't determine whether it had tracking info on it.  I erroneously thought if I used the QVC return label I would be able to track it via QVC.  Not the case.  Now I'm still paying on a purse...that I didn't like and no longer have.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Has this happened to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know if this will help. Last week I returned an item. I printed my return label from Q's site. As we were heading to the post office my mail lady was at our box and I gave her the package. She scanned the label when she returned to the post office and it has shown up on the my Q account status of that particular item. It is not showing received yet, but that the post office received it and processed the package.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I don't know if this works with the labels that come included when you received the item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have not had problems with returns at the Q, but this is probably the first time I returned something that was purchased during the Christmas season.  While I have until 1/31 for the return, I have an icky feeling that I may run into problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC may not have received it yet.  With their returns, the items are picked up by (or dropped off at) the Post Office, but they then sit there for up to a week until QVC's carrier picks it up and delivers it to QVC.  After arriving, it generally takes several days to be scanned in and credited to your account.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;At this point, I seriously doubt there is cause for concern and would give it a few more days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's more than likely going to turn up with in next two days.  Come back and let us share your sigh of relief -  and put future emails in your saved mail!  I've been lucky and never had a problem, but I still save every piece of mail until my account is okay on my credit card. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; Even when I cancel an AD delivery, I save the email until after the shipment should have arrived because I want "proof" I canceled if there's a goof.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do your emails get saved online, as well as coming to your inbox? My provider has a webmail service, so I can check emails on any computer, and they stay there until I delete them (even if I deleted them from the inbox on my computer mail program). I have to remember to do it every so often, as the box will get full eventually.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I returned an item on 1/9, and my tracking shows it "at local post office" still.  QVC returns aren't speedy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm back today with good news.  The item shows up as returned on the order.  All the future easy pays have been removed, and I am hopeful that I will get a refund minus the shipping.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;For those of you who suggested I check my trash...I only keep trash for a couple of days before it is deleted.  Also, I was not able to get any tracking information the USPS website.  I must not have set up an account.  I do have an e-mail folder titled keep" which I usually put this type of e-mail, but for some unknown reason I did not do that with the USPS email.  Perhaps the dog was barking or I was otherwise distracted&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
