My neighbor on the other side of her said the Manager told her the tenant had received a stern warning letter from the corporate owners.

It's been three days now, so I think it's over.

I promised I'd let you know . . . (not looking for any long discussion on this).

Thanks MM!! In a half hour my daughter will be picking me up to go to my other daughter's house for our annual shared birthday party . . . she was born on the 6th and I was born on the 17th, so we always have it inbetween both dates.

Ford this entire thing made me think about Close Encounters of the Third Kind when the guy was building Devils Tower in his living room.

For your sake and your neighbors sake, I hope this person is done with the hammer, Just hope she doesn't pick up a table saw!

OMG, that's my brother's birthday!! We have a slew of birthdays in the first quarter of the year, three in January, four in February, three in March, and two in April . . . and we celebrate all of them!
