Q's CS (in reference to the Kitchen Aid rebate)

DH finally got the Kitchen Aid mixer (TSV) he wanted for years which is very nice. I called a week ago Monday (I believe), to tell Q's CS that we did not get the 49 dollar rebate for the extra attachement. Ok fine.

CS was very nice and said she would send it over night (over night wasnt necessary but ok fine again).

Its now one week and 3 days later and it never came. (Well CS lied which I thought when I called because she didnt even know what I was talking about and put me on hold for awhile).

Soo I called CS again (today), and again a nice CS rep, and was told no one received them with their order, theyre sorry, they were ALL shipped to everyone on the 4th of this month.

Today is the 10th. I didnt know mail takes 6 days..lol., (Im IN PA where Q is), unless its coming from Europe? lol.

I wonder did anyone else get theres? Also I had posted on the TSV board before when this happened, and I am well aware we can also print it because a fellow shopper mentioned it. Well our printer (new) is malfunctioning for some reason and it is not near clear enough to send the rebate.

Im beginning to wonder are we getting the rebate that was promised or not, this is why I ask if anyone got theirs? Thanks.
