Jodi Arias circus continues

The jurors came back after a 2 week holiday just to be put on hold again.

I remember all this with the OJ Simpson trial. This may just rival it.

At issue is the victim's laptop computer. The defense is claiming there were things on it that were not shown to the jury, and that Arias didn't get a fair trial. I have read it was pourn or alleged child pourn (?) or whatever. I don't know if anything of that nature has been actually retrieved or it is an allegation of wrongdoing by the prosecution.

As a reasonable person, I don't see if he had dancing chihuahuas or nekkid Pomeranians or clowns or whatever that it would change what she did!

But, I could see a potential total do-over the way this case has gone. Or maybe a guilty plea to something less and no death penalty.

Perhaps someone knows more about this.

Why did they not show it, if there was something there, it was not like the judge rushed everything along......and I agree, would it excuse or condone what she did to him..... and no telling what all of this is costing Arizona.

She murdered Travis Alexander. She admitted to it. She was found guilty of murder in a cruel manner. There is no do-over. If Travis was your son, would you feel the same way?

I live in AZ and I am tired of paying for this nonsense..... if there was child po**rn on his computer he cant be punished.... she killed him.... so what is the problem? this is supposed to be the punishment phase.... not the Jodi is the victim phase!!

It doesn't matter what he had on his computer ... she brutally murdered him and had planned the whole thing. He may have been ""looking"" at stuff ... she may have ""taken"" him to those sites to get him aroused ... it doesn't change the fact that she did what she did. She murdered with no remorse. She is pure evil.

No child or adult aporn. No pictures. Defense is saying there were website hits to aporn sites. Defense is fond of spreading manure. Arias had open access to Travis' computer. His computer was not password protected. Need I say more?

They ought to dismiss Judge Sherri and bring in a qualified judge who can wrap this up. (She makes Ito look brilliant.) TA and his family deserve closure. It's long past time for JA to be silenced one way or t'other. All jmho.

This is why I am against the DP and for life w/o parole.

The circus would have been over a long time ago...she would be rotting in a cell and not getting the attention she craves....plus the state wouldn't have to spend any more money on her defense.
