He must of been ill since the news reports said he was absent from his sons swearing in ceremony.

Just turned on CNN, and yes, he has passed...... They are talking about it now.

Sadly, it's true but not unexpected. He looked so ill on election night and then was hospitalized for a month. Andrew moved his inauguration to NYC today so it was obvious Mario was very ill. He was a great man who believed in the American Dream and inspired many people. I'll miss his compassion and his wit.

If you saw it on a legitimate news station, there's really no reason to doubt it's true.

I admired him greatly. I used to love hearing him speak. He was a good man, as are his two sons.
